Love Your Work is a bi annual night dedicated to dance and mental health presented by EQ Dance Co and their Artistic Director David West, this time at Edinburgh Fringe!

This showcase aims to feature work in progress made by ourselves, friends of the company, and up and coming dance artists to produce their best work. The choreographers bringing a breadth of work having ties to mental health conversations or it being their first time creating professional work discovering what makes them tick creatively, to have a platform to allow them to play and explore, and most importantly to learn to love their work.

This iteration is a double bill made of "Me and my Dysleixa" a solo show concept created by Artistic Director David West. A mix of stand up comedy, and dance theatre to help talk about difficult subjects in this case the challenges of neurodiversity in everyday life.

We are also joined by Alexandra Tsiapi as friend of the company performing duet with David called "Individuals and Intimacies" a ted talk on how to not be awkward and how to make friends by the most two awkward people in the room.

Making this iteration of Love Your Work a comedy and wellbeing themed showcase.
